The Prices apply to single occupancy of the unit. The “mini” Service is mandatory and has to be booked in every case (and is already included in the rental Price). The different services may also be combined (through a binding contract).

Indirect Costs*

The monthly costs for the following indirect services are fixed and already included in the rental Price of the Unit. The guiding rate (depending on the size of the Apartment) is 300 CHF or 10’000 Baht:

• Water and Sewage
• Technical Maintenance work on and in the Houses
• Care of the Gardens, walkways and community buildings
• Use of the Pool area, Fitness room, Library, Sky Bar, and so forth
• Security
• Hotel Laundry
• Bathroom supplies like soap, Shampoo, etc.
• Electricity will be calculated separatly according to the Apartment meter
