We offering two types of investment

Capital investment

We currently offer short-term and long-term investments. The term for a shortterm investment is a maximum of 5 years and for a long-term investment a maximum of 10 years. You invest in CHF, EUR or USD and get the interest payments and amortization back monthly or annually in the same currency. The interest rate for short-term investments is 4.85% pa and for long-term investments 6.5% pa.

House financing

Housing finance is used exclusively to finance resident for seniors. During the financing period, which we pay investor the interest 4%pa plus 7.25% from Rental Fee Monthly (pay as actual, guarantee 6 months per year of payment) for 5 years. As soon as the financed housing unit is brokered, the repayment of the entire amount is due immediately within 5 years. If after 5 year still not brokered LLL will pay you back capital Monthly start from 6th year – 10 years with the same interest and commission till finished contract. The amortization takes place at the latest when the residential property is placed further.

Residential finance is the most attractive form of investment based on yield considerations. We assume that the living space will be transferred to a longterm resident within one year after completion. Together with the construction time, this results in an estimated term of almost 2 years.
